After Booking

Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive a short pre-session questionnaire by email. It takes approximately five minutes to complete and helps us arrive fully prepared — so the entire session is spent on what matters to you, not on introductions. After your session, you will automatically receive a one-page session summary with key strategies and action points (premium plans receive a full strategic portfolio).

Step 05 — Agreements

I have read and accept the AlmaA Terms & Conditions and understand that a session booking constitutes a service agreement with AlmaA (Einzelunternehmen, registered in Germany). *

I consent to AlmaA storing and processing the personal data submitted in this form for the purpose of delivering and following up on this session, in accordance with the AlmaA Privacy Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). My data will be retained for a maximum of 12 months. *

I understand AlmaA's cancellation policy: sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. You will receive a cancellation and rescheduling link in your confirmation email. *

I confirm I am 18 years of age or older, or that I have parental or guardian consent to book this service. *

I consent to receiving future communication from AlmaA — including session follow-up, recommendations, and collaboration offers. I may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to hello@thealmaa.com. (Optional)

I would like a tax-deductible invoice for this booking (optional — for business clients). Upon request, an official Kleinunternehmer-compliant invoice will be sent to your email for tax deduction purposes.

After submitting, you will be redirected to secure payment. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a Google Meet link, a calendar invitation, and a preparation questionnaire — all by email. Sessions are conducted via video call (Google Meet).
