Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your booked session is confirmed upon submission. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded. To reschedule, email marketing@thealmaa.com with your order number and preferred alternative time.

The following are legally required under GDPR, German law (BDSG / TTDSG), and applicable EU consumer regulations. All must be accepted to proceed.

I have read and accept AlmaA's Privacy Policy. I understand that AlmaA (registered in Germany) will process the personal data submitted in this form for the purpose of preparing and delivering my booked session, based on the legal basis of contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). I understand I may withdraw this consent and request deletion of my data at any time by emailing legal@thealmaa.com. I confirm I am 16 years of age or older. Under GDPR Article 8 and German law, AlmaA may only process personal data of individuals aged 16 or above without parental consent. I accept AlmaA's Terms & Conditions and confirm that I am the person who made the purchase and that all information provided is accurate. I understand and accept the cancellation policy above. I acknowledge that cancellations made less than 24 hours before my session are not eligible for a refund, in accordance with AlmaA's Terms & Conditions. I understand AlmaA will use the information in this brief to prepare specifically for our session, and that session content is confidential and may not be shared or reproduced without AlmaA's written consent. I consent to AlmaA processing the information I have provided to prepare for and deliver my booked session, in accordance with the Privacy Policy (GDPR · §13 DSGVO). I understand the cancellation policy: sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. I confirm that all information I have submitted is accurate and truthfully reflects my current situation.
