By submitting this letter, you confirm that your text aligns with AlmaA's Code of Correspondence. This means your letter is personal, honest, and original. It does not contain content that demeans, shames, or targets any living individual by full name. It does not contain graphic violence, explicit sexual content, hate speech, or language that violates the dignity of others. AlmaA reserves the right to request revisions to letters that do not meet this standard before printing.

I confirm my letter is original and written in accordance with AlmaA's Code of Correspondence. I understand that my letter will appear in a printed, permanent book and I am responsible for its content. I confirm this is my first and only submission with this purchase code. I have not shared this code with others and I am the person who made the purchase. I accept AlmaA's Terms & Conditions and understand that this submission is final once accepted. I grant AlmaA the right to design and print my letter in the Letters to Life anthology. I understand that once this submission is accepted, my letter enters the design process. I have 14 days from the date of submission to request removal by writing to letters@thealmaa.com. After that window, the page is final and cannot be withdrawn. I consent to AlmaA processing the personal data submitted in this form — including my name, letter text, and theme — for the purpose of designing, printing, and publishing my page in the Letters to Life anthology, in accordance with the Privacy Policy (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) · §13 DSGVO).
